How are the t-ball teams formed?
The league forms these teams taking into consideration parent requests, schools, and area of residence.
How are Rookie thru Babe Ruth teams formed?
Each player must participate in the mandatory player workouts held during the week of January 25, 2010.
Are teams allowed to protect players?
Each team will be allowed to protect 4 players. All franchise/protected players must be reported to the league by 12pm on Wednesday, January 20th.
How many games do we play?
Teams will play between 14 to 16 games.
Where do the teams practice?
Local public schools and city practice facilites where Altamonte Baseball has existing relationships.
What does the league provide?
Will include a hat, a jersey, a belt, socks, certified umpires, player insurance and a fun experience!
What equipment do we need?
Your child will need a baseball glove and baseball cleats.

How can I help?
You can help by managing, coaching, or by being a team mom. All of these roles are very important in order to have a successful season. All volunteers are given a thorough, Level 2 Background Check (Jessica Lundsford Act) through the City of Altamonte Springs and all managers and coaches are required to complete a coaching certification program.
